What are your shipping rates?
We charge as low as $8 per pound for all shipments. Our minimum weight is 1 pound. Fragile items like TV and glass furniture have an optional crating fee. Please see the full pricing page for all the rate details.
Are there additional or hidden charges?
There are no additional shipping and clearing charges. But, a delivery charge applies to all packages not picked up at the Lagos warehouse. It costs $15 to deliver non-extra large Items (Phones, laptops, clothing, etc. under 10 lbs) within Lagos and $20 outside. For extra-large items (TVs, Speakers, Consoles, etc. above 10 lbs), delivery within Lagos costs $20 and $30 outside Lagos. Please see the full pricing page for more details.
How long does it take to get my package delivered to my doorstep?
It takes 7 - 14 working days from the day the package ships out of the U.S. airport if there are no customs delays.
The 10 - 14 days doesn’t include the time it takes for the U.S. store to deliver the package to our U.S. warehouse.
We ship packages every Thursday.
How do I track my package?
To track your shipment from the USA to Nigeria or Ghana, Heroshe provides a unique shipment status for each package. By checking the status, you can determine at what stage your item is in its journey to you. To get familiar with the different shipping statuses, please refer to our blog post explaining the different shipping statuses.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept payment in Naira or U.S. Dollars through bank-to-bank transfers and debit or credit cards.
We are unable to accept cash, and cash on delivery.
