What are your shipping rates?
We charge as low as $8 per pound for all shipments. Our minimum weight is 1 pound. Fragile items like TV and glass furniture have an optional crating fee. Please see the full pricing page for all the rate details.
Are there any weight or size restrictions for items I can ship?
No, there are no weight or size restrictions.
How long does it take to get my package delivered to Nigeria?
It takes 7 - 10 days, barring airline delays, and the shipping countdown starts when the package has been shipped. Please note that we pack shipments every Thursday and ship them on a scheduled date with our partners. You will receive an update on your dashboard when it is packed, dropped off, and shipped.
Are there additional or hidden charges?
There are no additional shipping and clearing charges. But, a delivery charge applies to all packages not picked up at the Lagos warehouse. It costs $15 to deliver non-extra large Items (Phones, laptops, clothing, etc. under 10 lbs) within Lagos and $20 outside. For extra-large items (TVs, Speakers, Consoles, etc. above 10 lbs), delivery within Lagos costs $20 and $30 outside Lagos. Please see the full pricing page for more details.
Can I track my package during transit?
Heroshe provides a unique shipment status for each package to track your shipment from China to Nigeria. By checking the status, you can determine at what stage your item is in its journey to you.
