What are your shipping rates?
It costs $11 per kilogram when you ship with Heroshe. Our minimum weight is 0.45 kilogram. Fragile items like TV and glass furniture have an optional crating fee. Please see the full pricing page for all the rate details.
Are there additional or hidden charges?
There are no additional shipping and clearing charges. But, a delivery charge applies to all packages not picked up at the Lagos warehouse. It costs $15 to deliver non-extra large Items (Phones, laptops, clothing, etc. under 5 kg) within Lagos and $20 outside. For extra-large items (TVs, Speakers, Consoles, etc. above 5 kg), delivery within Lagos costs $20 and $30 outside Lagos. Please see the full pricing page for more details.
How long does it take to ship from the USA to Nigeria?
It takes 7 - 10 days, barring airline delays, and the shipping countdown starts when the package has been shipped. Please note that we pack shipments every Thursday and ship them on a scheduled date with our partners. You will receive an update on your dashboard when it is packed, dropped off, and shipped.
How do I track my package?
To track your shipment from the USA to Nigeria or Ghana, Heroshe provides a unique shipment status for each package. By checking the status, you can determine at what stage your item is in its journey to you. To get familiar with the different shipping statuses, please refer to our blog post explaining the different shipping statuses.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept payment in Naira or US Dollars through bank-to-bank transfers and debit or credit cards. We are unable to accept cash, and cash on delivery.
