Proof of Purchase Policy

Last Updated: Mon Apr 11 2022

We are updating our terms and conditions to reflect the new U.S. export policy.

The new regulations will allow us to ship consumer electronics and high-end luxury goods from the United States. Going forward, all electronic items and high-end luxury goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.

This will prevent customers' items from being detained and subjected to lengthy verification by the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The following are guidelines provided by the U.S Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S customs.

  • Customers are to provide their proof of purchase in any of the document formats - PDF, PNG, JPEG, or JPG.
  • Proof of purchase or invoice must contain the following details: Billing address, method of payment, description of items purchased, order numbers, and shipping address.
  • Customers' billing information (Name and address ) should match the shipping information (Name and address).

These procedures are in place to protect against fraudulent activities and ensure that your packages are delivered promptly.

PLEASE NOTE: If an item was purchased fraudulently or deemed illegal and seized by the Customs, Heroshe does not bear any responsibility to retrieve, repurchase, or refund that item. Our export/import prohibition list is not comprehensive since it is only meant to be a helpful guide.

The customer will bear responsibility to:

  • Confirm the legality of items they are shipping.
  • Ensure the item they are shipping is eligible for export out of the country of origin and import into the destination country.
  • Research, buy, and only ship items that can clear export and import Customs.
  • Provide valid proof of purchase.
